No Complaining

There is always something to complain about. No matter where you are, who you're with or what you are doing we can always find something to complain about. The reality of complaining is twofold. First of all, complaining never helps the situation or your attitude. How many times have you complained and the situation was immediately corrected or changed due to your complaining? How many times did complaining help your attitude turn from negative to positive? Truth is, complaining normally sours a once positive attitude and makes it even worse. The other thing about complaining is the poor example it sets for others. I realize even Christians have bad days and get frustrated at times. Just remember it does no good to complain. In fact, by complaining you may damage your credibility and even hurt the good name of Christ and His church. As Christians we have to do our best to always be on guard and strive to set the best example possible for our family, friends, neighbors and community members especially when we are tempted to complain. "Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe."(Phil.2:14-15)
