Over the past several years, our two companies have been working together to bring you custom marketing, media, and print solutions that help take your business to the next level. We value all of the relationships that we have developed with our clients over the years, and we are always looking for ways to better serve you while maintaining the creativity and quality of work you have come to expect from us. The natural step in continuing to grow was for Lercher Media Works and Innovative Direct Marketing to combine forces. Lercher Media Works, founded in 2007 by Greg Lercher, has specialized in high-impact custom-designed websites, graphic design, and online marketing. Greg and his team's approach to projects has always been to build relationships by offering superior customer service, being detail oriented, and ensuring that Lercher Media Works produces the highest quality of work and designs possible. Innovative Direct Marketing was founded by Jim and Lindsey Castrodale in 2011 to specialize in all aspects of marketing, including their Arkansas Direct Publication, as well as other direct mail and print services, advertising management, and email marketing. Jim and Lindsey made the first priority of the company to understand the client's needs and expectations. Once this goal was accomplished, they made it their mission to provide the personnel and mindsets that match those expectations. This is a merger of two innovative and professional companies that have been successfully working together for the past several years. We hold similar values and philosophies for doing business and achieving excellent results for clients, with an emphasis on honesty and integrity and the importance of maintaining a positive attitude at work. Though we will now operate as one company " Innovative Direct Marketing LLC " you can still count on the same personal relationships that you have had with us in the past. You will still be dealing with the same people and can depend on the same high quality service. With our new partnership as Innovative Direct Marketing LLC, we will not only be able to continue to provide you with the superior service that you have come to know us by, but also offer you more knowledge and years of experience to better help you grow your business.
